Every #freefable shirt is printed on demand and made specifically for you, so we handle returns a little differently than an off-the-shelf store.
Defective, damaged, or wrong items
If your order arrives with a printing defect, transit damage, or is the wrong item or size from what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Change of mind
Because items are made to order, we're generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering — and if anything's unclear, message us first.
Order changes & cancellations
Production starts quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once production has begun.
